"We would recommend to friends and intend to visit again. We liked the layout of the property. The shower rooms were modern and clean with towels and soap provided. The kitchen had everything required and the tea and coffee making facilities with chocolate biscuits which were a bonus. A comfortable place to stay for a few days or longer."

"Jayne & Michelle’s house is in a great local just outside of York (10 mins) and even closer to a row of neighbourhood shops and coffee bars with a couple of restaurants. The house is spacious and clean and great for a group of friends (we were there for the races which is only a 15 minute walk) we’d definitely stay again if in the area."

We were fortunate enough to get one. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very helpful folder at property with written guidance and guides to local attractions. Highly recommended. A little noise from road and passers by til late, as is expected over a weekend during August."
